Chemical Engineering
Mohammadreza Omidkhah Nasrin, He was born in 10th of January 1958, received his B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 1982 from Amir Kabir University (Tehran) and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering in 1985 from Wayne State University (Michigan, USA) and PhD in Chemical Engineering, Process Integration in 1990 from University of Manchester (UMIST), (Manchester, UK). He started his career in fall 1990 at Tarbiat Modares University where he is still serving as a full professor in Chemical Engineering Faculty. His research interests are: Conceptual design and integration of chemical processes Synthesis and characterization of membranes for gas separation Upgrading of petroleum products such as desulphurization, viscosity reduction and de aromatization. He has published more than 150 articles in accredited scientific journals and has supervised more than 100 M.Sc. and more than 40 PhD students so far. Conducting more than 20 industrious projects is also among his outcomes in these years.
